It can happens... 

Email us on orders@the-frenchtouch.co.uk within 14 days from delivery and we will email you the return label to stick on the parcel.

Quick trick - Use the shipping envelope. 

 Once received allow 5 working days to process refund or exchange.

Easy, isn't it...

 

Note: Returns and exchanges possible only if items haven't been used. Items will be checked when received. They are at risk to get rejected for exchange and refunds and returned back to you.
